Born in The Netherlands, the son of a diplomat, Roger Carp spent his childhood in Georgetown, D.C., and Chevy Chase, Maryland. From there, his life led him through Europe for ten years. gaining a broad global perspective. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Roger started his real estate career in the Twin Cities, learning the fundamentals of the business.

In 1985, Roger returned to the D.C. Metropolitan area with his family, where he continued his award-winning sales career. for 22 years, Roger transitioned to management, becoming the manager of Long & Foster’s Bethesda office. Under his leadership, the office grew to 235 agents and achieved over a billion dollars in annual real estate sales, demonstrating his ability to lead and inspire others. Furthermore, many agents who started their careers with Roger have gone on to achieve great success, a testament to his mentoring abilities. When the Georgetown office encountered difficulties, Roger’s expertise was called upon, and he successfully revitalized it into a top-tier D.C. real estate location.

After leaving sales and management behind, Roger studied with Bob Proctor, the leading expert on the potential of the human mind for 4.5 years. In addition, he became a founding member of the Napoleon Hill Institute. Today, Roger is devoting himself to helping people unlock their true potential and confidently achieve their ambitions.
