Meet Roger Carp

Born in The Netherlands, the son of a Diplomat, Roger Carp grew up in Georgetown DC and Chevy Chase. Maryland. He later lived in Switzerland, The Netherlands, Germany, and England. Graduating from the University of Minnesota, Roger started his real estate career in Twin Cities.

In 1985, he moved his family back to the DC Metropolitan area where he continued his award winning success helping people move to their dream homes. After 22 years of sales experience, Roger was asked to become the manager of the Bethesda office of Long & Foster. In this new role, he was instrumental in growing his office into a billion dollar sales office. Many of the agents who started their careers under Roger's guidance and training, have gone on to become very successful in their own right. When the Georgetown office was in peril, Long & Foster turned to Roger. Again, he created another premier Washington DC real estate office.

For the next chapter in his life, Roger has decided to follow his true passion of helping people realize their true potential by showing them how to live the dream life they always desired.. His enthusiasm for the job, combined with his creativity and his years of successful problem solving experiences, makes Roger a wonderful advocate for your coaching needs.
